Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WordCraft Pro platform ("Platform"). By registering on our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

These Terms contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Introduction

Welcome to WordCraft Pro ("we", "our", "us"). We operate a content writing platform that allows registered users ("Writers") to submit content and potentially earn revenue based on quality assessment and advertisement performance.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WordCraft Pro regarding your use of the Platform. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.

Platform Description

WordCraft Pro is a digital platform that connects content writers with opportunities to submit articles and other written content. The Platform provides:

  • A digital interface for content submission
  • Content quality assessment tools
  • Advertisement integration capabilities
  • Payment processing for eligible earnings
  • Writer dashboard and analytics

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Term Definition
Platform The WordCraft Pro website, mobile application, and associated services
Writer An individual who has registered on the Platform and may submit content
Platform Fee The one-time, non-refundable fee charged for access to the Platform
Content Any text, articles, blogs, or written material submitted through the Platform
Quality Assessment The evaluation process that determines content quality and potential earnings
Advertisement Revenue Revenue generated from advertisements displayed alongside content
Earnings Potential payments to Writers based on quality assessment and ad revenue

3. Registration & Platform Fee

NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE

The Platform Fee provides access to the Platform only. Payment of the Platform Fee does NOT guarantee any earnings, income, or payments. All earnings are contingent upon content quality and advertisement performance.

3.1 Registration Process

To become a Writer on WordCraft Pro, you must:

  1. Complete the registration form with accurate information
  2. Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  3. Agree to our Privacy Policy
  4. Pay the one-time Platform Fee.

3.2 Platform Fee Details

Nature of Fee: WordCraft Pro charges a one-time platform access fee. This fee covers platform maintenance, security infrastructure, and operational costs.

What the Fee Provides:

  • Access to the Writer dashboard
  • Ability to submit up to 3 articles daily
  • Content submission tools and interface
  • Basic analytics and reporting
  • Access to Platform guidelines and resources

What the Fee Does NOT Provide:

  • Guaranteed earnings or income
  • Assurance of content acceptance
  • Minimum payment amounts
  • Employment or contractor status

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  2. All activities that occur under your account
  3. Ensuring your account information remains accurate and current
  4. Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Content Submission

4.1 Submission Guidelines

Writers may submit content subject to the following limitations:

4.2 Content Requirements

All submitted content must:

  1. Be original and created by you
  2. Not infringe any third-party rights
  3. Not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful material
  4. Comply with our content guidelines
  5. Be in English language (unless otherwise specified)

4.3 Content Review Process

Submitted content undergoes review:

  1. Initial automated checks for plagiarism and formatting
  2. Manual review by quality assessment team
  3. Notification of acceptance or rejection within 48-72 hours

5. Earnings & Payments

NO EARNINGS GUARANTEE

WordCraft Pro does NOT guarantee any minimum earnings, regular payments, or income of any amount. Earnings are entirely dependent on:

  • Quality of submitted content
  • Advertisement revenue generated
  • Content acceptance by our review team
  • Market conditions affecting ad rates

5.1 Earnings Calculation

Potential earnings are calculated based on:

Content Performance Reader engagement and views Higher engagement may increase earnings

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment Threshold: Minimum accumulated earnings of ₹100 must be reached before withdrawal.

Payment Schedule: Payments processed weekly for eligible Writers who have reached threshold.

Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or other electronic methods available in India.

Processing Time: 3-7 business days after payment request approval.

5.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  1. Reporting all earnings to tax authorities
  2. Paying applicable taxes on earnings
  3. Maintaining records for tax purposes
  4. Providing tax information if required by law

6. Quality Assessment

6.1 Assessment Criteria

Content is assessed based on:

Readability 25% Grammar, spelling, and flow
Engagement 20% Reader interest and value
SEO Quality 15% Search engine optimization factors
Formatting 10% Structure and presentation

6.2 Quality Tiers

Basic Quality: Content meets minimum requirements. Lower earnings potential.

Standard Quality: Good quality content. Moderate earnings potential.

Premium Quality: Excellent content. Highest earnings potential.

Note: Quality tier assignment is at the sole discretion of WordCraft Pro's review team.

7. User Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  1. Submit plagiarized or copyrighted content
  2. Use automated tools to generate content
  3. Create multiple accounts
  4. Attempt to manipulate the quality assessment system
  5. Engage in fraudulent activities
  6. Share account access with others
  7. Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  8. Harass other users or staff

7.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these conduct rules may result in:

  • Content rejection without payment
  • Temporary suspension of account
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Forfeiture of unpaid earnings
  • Legal action if applicable

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Content Ownership

Writer's Rights: You retain copyright to your original content.

Platform License: By submitting content, you grant WordCraft Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display the content on our Platform
  • Use the content for promotional purposes
  • Modify the content for formatting purposes
  • Distribute the content through our channels

8.2 Platform Intellectual Property

All Platform elements are owned by WordCraft Pro:

  1. Website design and layout
  2. Software and code
  3. Branding and trademarks
  4. Proprietary algorithms
  5. Business processes and methods

9. Limitation of Liability

LIMITED LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordCraft Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of earnings or income
  • Business interruption or loss of data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages exceeding the Platform Fee paid

9.1 No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

  1. No warranty of merchantability
  2. No warranty of fitness for particular purpose
  3. No warranty of uninterrupted service
  4. No warranty of error-free operation

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  1. Requesting account deletion through your dashboard
  2. Sending written notice to support@wordcraftpro.in
  3. Ceasing to use the Platform for 180 consecutive days

10.2 Termination by Platform

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or legal process
  • For operational or security reasons

Note: Platform Fee is non-refundable upon termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

  1. First attempt at informal resolution through support
  2. If unresolved, mediation in New Delhi
  3. If mediation fails, arbitration per Indian Arbitration Act
  4. Courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Modification Rights

WordCraft Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on this page with updated "Last Updated" date
  • Notified via email to registered users
  • Effective 30 days after posting

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
