CRITICAL NOTICE: NO REFUND POLICY

The Platform Fee is generally non-refundable and is not eligible for a refund except in the limited situations outlined in the “Exceptions” section below.

By paying the Platform Fee, you receive one-time access to the WordCraft Pro platform. This fee contributes to platform maintenance, security infrastructure, and ongoing operational costs.

1. Refund Policy Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the WordCraft Pro Platform Fee. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions.

Key Principle: The Platform Fee is consideration for access to the Platform, not for any specific outcome, earnings, or results.

2. Platform Fee Nature

The Platform Fee is:

  • A one-time access fee
  • Payment for Platform infrastructure and maintenance
  • For access to content submission tools
  • For quality assessment systems
  • For account management features

Important: The Platform Fee is NOT a payment for:

  • Guaranteed earnings or income
  • Employment or contractor services
  • Specific results or outcomes
  • Minimum payment amounts

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The Platform Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE in the following circumstances:

  1. No Earnings: If you do not earn any money through the Platform
  2. Low Earnings: If your earnings are less than expected or less than the Platform Fee
  3. Content Rejection: If your content is rejected by our quality assessment team
  4. Account Suspension: If your account is suspended for violation of Terms
  5. Account Termination: If you terminate your account voluntarily
  6. Change of Mind: If you change your mind after payment
  7. Technical Issues: Temporary technical problems or downtime
  8. Market Conditions: Changes in advertisement rates or market conditions
  9. Personal Reasons: Personal circumstances preventing Platform use

4. Limited Exceptions

Refunds MAY be considered ONLY in these exceptional cases:

4.1 Platform Inaccessibility

If the Platform is completely inaccessible for more than 30 consecutive days due to our technical issues.

4.2 Duplicate Payment

If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same Platform Fee.

4.3 Fraudulent Transaction

If the payment was made through unauthorized use of your payment method (subject to bank verification).

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Exception Request Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

Email your refund request to support@wordcraftpro.in with subject: "Refund Exception Request - [Your Account ID]"

Step 2: Required Information

Include the following in your email:

  • Full name and registered email
  • Account ID/Username
  • Payment transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Detailed reason for request
  • Supporting evidence (if any)

Step 3: Review Period

Our team will review your request within 15 business days.

Step 4: Decision

You will receive a decision via email. All decisions are final.

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Most requests are denied as the Platform Fee is non-refundable.

Refunds will be for the Platform Fee amount only. No interest, compensation, or additional amounts will be paid.

  5. This policy may be updated without prior notice
